PEOPLE across Wales are being urged to help dog owners fleeing domestic abuse.
Dogs Trust has issued an urgent appeal for people to help its dog fostering scheme after a 23 per cent increase in demand for its services over the last 12 months after more people fleeing domestic abuse.
